Q: How does the ordering process work?

 A: Once you’ve selected your promotional products, we’ll provide a quote and a mock-up for your approval. After everything is approved by you, we’ll request full payment before placing the order with our suppliers unless we’ve negotiated credit terms. 

 

Q: Is payment required before the order is placed?

 A: Yes. Payment is due up front before we place any orders unless we’ve agreed upon credit terms.  This allows us to move quickly with suppliers and ensures your items arrive without delay.

 

Q: Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

 A: Some suppliers offer free samples, while others may charge a fee (which is sometimes credited toward your final order). We’ll check what’s available for the specific item you’re interested in and let you know the options. In some instances we may also be able to secure an actual printed sample with your artwork - this is called a production proof and does come with a fee. 

 

Q: What’s the typical turnaround time for an order?

 A: Turnaround times can vary depending on the product and supplier. We’ll work closely with you to ensure timely delivery and will be upfront and communicative throughout the entire process. If you have a specific deadline, let us know right away so we can plan accordingly.

 

Q: Do you offer design help for logos or artwork?

 A: Absolutely! If you have existing artwork, we’ll help make sure it meets the supplier’s requirements. If you need help creating or updating a design, we can assist

 

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

 A: Most promotional product suppliers have minimum order requirements, which vary by item. We’ll always share those details with you when you request a quote.

 

Q: Can I order a mix of colors or styles?

 A: Often, yes—but it depends on the product and supplier. Some allow you to mix colors or styles within a single order, while others require a minimum per variation. We’ll check and confirm what’s possible based on your needs.

 

Q: What types of products do you offer?

 A: We offer a wide range of branded merchandise—apparel, drinkware, tech items, bags, office supplies, trade show giveaways, packaging, and much more. If you can dream it, we can likely brand it!

 

Q: Can I rush an order if I need it sooner?

 A: Rush options are available for many products, sometimes with an added fee. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

 

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

 A: Yes! We serve clients across the U.S. and can ship directly to your business, event, or even multiple locations if needed.

 

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?

 A: We stand behind the work we do. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t match your approved proof, we’ll work with the supplier to make it right.
